Recipe: Taco Pasta
Note: I am not a food blogger, so when I share recipes, I am sharing simply because it’s something my family enjoys and it’s easy enough for me to make.

ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 12 oz. elbow pasta
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 16 oz. jar of salsa
- 2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican-style cheese
- salt/pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef, salt/pepper, and cook thoroughly.
- Drain grease then return to skillet.
- Add pasta, taco seasoning, salsa, and water to the ground beef. Mix well.
- Heat to boil.
- Reduce to simmer and cover.
- Cook for about 15 minutes (or until pasta is tender), stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat, then add cheese and stir.
