I'm currently reading an ARC of Falon Ballard's sophomore novel, Just My Type (releasing 2/7/23), and it has had me laughing out loud! I adored her debut, Lease On Love, and I am excited to see how this one plays out.

On a different note, Brian has been watching Just Mercy tonight, and, despite attempting to read,  I can't stop watching it! I'm a little too tired tonight, but I'll have to finish it another time. What an emotional movie!

I LOVED Kerry Rea's debut, The Wedding Ringer, so Lucy on the Wild Side has been on my TBR since I first heard about it. It's a contemporary romance/women's fic with a great mix of comedy and drama. I'm loving the banter and light-hearted moments, but there are also some more serious themes. I'm excited to see how it ends 🩵
